This is advantages and disadvantages. First, let’s look at disadvantage against. The first, Speaking from the disadvantages of FTA, this is Agricultural industry. Agricultural competitiveness in Korea very tend to lacks. Korea beef and united states of America beef is very difference of the price. Because agricultural is the foundation of human life Even though there is not this competitive, we can not never give up on industry. But, as FTA is awarded, the damage can be avoided. The second, The pharmaceutical industry can be considered. In Korea, most pharmaceutical companies do product replication. Because drugs is unlike many industrial and electronic product, so this analysis of the ingredients can be easily replicated. But the united states for patents for pharmaceutical companies do lawsuit. The last third, This is concerned about ISD( Investor-State Dispute). ISD is the policy of the country for investors, If we are harmed.Currently, the united states has more captital invested than south Korea.Because south Korea available ISD, our county have more opportunity to prosecution. Due to ISD, could health care and public facilities openness? South korea, people are worried about them. When FTA treaty, because to exclude such parts, we will not have to worry about them. Once the FTA signed, may problems will occur point, I hope to have a lot of profit, rather than loss
