design in seoul
I disagree design in seoul .because seoul run out of buget .so now seoul can not welfare. ten years ago. goverment much spend to money about renovating Cheonggyecheon in seoul. of course, althought Cheonggyecheon is good at cleaning and have welfare, however money much spend to Development Cheonggyecheon welfare also now becase of Free lunch seoul is experienced Budget shortfalls. Althought seoul is beatiful in world, I think that goverment consider of seoul buget because of budget shrtfalls, seoul not experence Economic Crisis.

Apprently, Not only developments but also environment problems are very important.
Also as you can see, Seoul run out of bugets.
So, in the future, we will gradually have to improve developments.

I agree with you. The development of the city shouldn't be paid through the misery of the poor citizens. For example, Having one project at a time could make the development a bit slower but it avoid having spending cuts for others sections and other cities that some people would lose their jobs or stay in the lack of essential services.
